  • Acceptance of Terms

    The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PlinkFun, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
  • Trademarks
    The PlinkFun name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PlinkFun or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of PlinkFun. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
  • User Content
    The Services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post on or through the Services. You understand and agree that PlinkFun may, but is not obligated to, review and delete or remove (without notice) any User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of PlinkFun violates these Terms or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.
  • License Grant
    By posting User Content to or through the Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to PlinkFun an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such User Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with the Services or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You may remove your User Content from the Services at any time. If you choose to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire; however, you acknowledge that PlinkFun may retain archived copies of your User Content.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlinkFun, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.
  • Termination
    PlinkFun may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Services.
